Our method focuses in reduction of expenses. At all levels of a company and involving all employees,
all of us will create many cost saving ideas
(e.g. combine organizations, reengineer operational process, efficient procurement, etc.)
which will be analyzed, screened and implemented. A large scale cost reduction and turn around
that the company becomes profitable will be achieved.

Divide into groups, analyze expenses and allocate each group expense as baseline.
All employees join the project and to make cost saving ideas.
Such ideas will be analyzed in cost to benefit, risk, and consensus will be built among the related groups.
Implementation plan is prepared in the last phase.
