Masuo Hajiri

Hajiri joined the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (Now The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ). He worked as a foreign exchange dealer and manager in corporate banking. After he moved to Indonesia, he was designated as the Comptroller of the bank's Jakarta Office. He was in charge of Accounting, General Affairs and IT. He implemented important BPR project of the bank as the Project Leader. After the bank, he has built up consulting skills in Internal Control including J-SOX, HR and project management of Systems Development for manufacturing companies both in Japan and Indonesia. From 2009, he had joined Footwork Express Co Ltd as BPR Coordinator until 6/2010. He has been supporting to establish multi-finance companies, establish manufacturing companies, and provides various advisory services in Indonesia.
         
 
Tsutomu Nakagawa

Ex-General Manager of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Jakarta Office (Now the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ) until 9/2003. Ex-CEO of Footwork Express Co Ltd / Ex-Chairman of Kyushu Sanko-Unyu Co Ltd until 6/2010. After the bank, Nakagawa led the several projects of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), internal control enhancement, etc. Nakagawa undertook the management of Footwork Express Co Ltd as CEO, and achieved the turnaround within 1 year, using his BPR techniques. Features of his managerial approaches are pursuing operational efficiency by BPR as well as enhanced internal control. Nakagawa worked twice in California for 6 years and twice in Indonesia for 7 years. He was Chairman of Jakarta Japan Club while GM of the bank's Jakarta Office. Otsuka joined the Bank of Tokyo (Now the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ). He worked for project financing and financial advisory services. After the chief advisor to Bank Indonesia to establish Bank Expor Indonesia, he moved to Bahrain as the Regional Executive for Middle East. After the bank, he worked as the executive officer of Japan Asia Investment Company (JAIC). He joined Footwork Express Co Ltd as the executive officer for Supply Chain Management Dept until 9/2010. He worked in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Indonesia and England totaling 14 year. He has been supporting to establish multi-finance companies, establish manufacturing companies, and provides various advisory services in Indonesia. Currently he is promoting SME's direct investment to Indonesia.
